Toast & Jam

Toast and jam is the best restaurant I've been to in a while. The coffee was excellent, the creamer dish was never empty and my coffee cup never was empty because the wait staff check the tables frequently. I had top sirloin steak and eggs with pancakes.the pancakes were absolutely perfect as well as the steak and eggs, the steak was so tender I couldn't believe it. My wife ordered egg's Benedict and fruit and everything was wonderful and very fresh. Very nice atmosphere and the owner and waitresses were so nice we are anxious to visit again. South Salem has a real gem of a restaurant and we are happy that we discovered it! Five stars across the board!

This is a nice small little restaurant tucked in the corner of a busy strip mall. Parking is a little busy and spots are small, but there is a lot of parking options! The staff were great and the food was out quickly! I’ve only ever been here for breakfast but I have never been disappointed! The portion sizes are great and the quality of food is amazing! I highly recommend! The jam is fantastic (of course)!

They serve one of the best breakfasts in Salem. I had a veggie egg scramble with cheese and 3 pancakes. My wife had a waffle with whipped cream and marion berries. They were both so delicious. The eggs and veggies were all really fresh and cooked to perfection. The pancakes were addicting. The staff were all SUPER friendly and helpful. The place is kind of small so busy times you could expect a wait. However the quality and value of this place just can’t be beat. I highly recommend it and will definitely be a frequent customer.

Our new favorite breakfast place when in Salem! We ordered from the senior menu and came away fully satisfied. Husband had chicken fried steak and country potatoes. I got the 1/2 Eggs Benedict and my request for salmon as meat was granted and wonderful fresh fruit. It was yummy! Coffee eas great and kept hot. Service was helpful and cheerful.

What a cute restaurant. Cozy and fun . Had breakfast- veggie omelette- senior size w fruit. Delicious!!The toast is served in plates shaped like toast.Eggs are served on plates that have a yolk in the center of an egg shaped plate.Amazing! Presentation is everything and the breakfast was amazing

One of South Salem’s hidden gems! The people who work here are happy to work here. Fresh flowers that smell amazing right at every table. And the food is incredible. Great for families, gamblers, friends, and singles. Dining is wheelchair accessible. Parking is accessible. Not great for large groups though as the restaurant is fairly small. Can seat a party of 6 comfortably, but probably no more. Serving alcohol including mimosas, spiked coffee, beer and cocktails

My wife and I had the pleasure of coming into this cute little spot and what an experience!I love the low warm welcoming lights, music going that doesn't drown anyone out and the food is unbelievably good.The French toast especially the cinnamon roll one was super good for the sweet tooths and I really enjoyed the country fried steak myself.I recommend anyone to try this place out
